Because our products are handcrafted, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Custom Engraved Items Engraved or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace or refund the item.
